We decided to build our first house with Reefsea Homes a few years ago – it’s since become our dream home and was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made!
After having walked through one of their display homes in Regatta Waters in 2008, we immediately loved the design and workmanship of the home. The fully integrated pool was a beautiful feature. We immediately liked the functional design with the master bedroom located away from the other living areas.
We had heard several horror stories from other people who used larger home builders. Once you passed the slick marketing, the problems and frustrations often start. At Reefsea Homes, you only deal with Chris and Gary. They look after you all the way (and beyond).
These guys have been working hand in glove with all their contractors for years and sometimes decades. At no time we had any doubts that we were in good hands. They always had our trust and they didn’t disappoint – the house was finished on budget and ahead of schedule. Not one hiccup.
One year after we’ve moved in, I came home early and noticed someone painting over some rust spots at the outside of the house. It was Chris who happened to drive by that day and noticed the rust spots on the facade. He fixed it straight away at no cost. He even noticed that the garden gate was jammed and fixed it as well. That’s what we call taking pride in your work – something you don’t find too often anymore these days.
Overall Reefsea Homes deserves our undivided recommendation.
